Hay trabajos que no están hechos para hacerse a uno, si no para hacer a los demás. Hay trabajos altruistas, de dar. Está claro que hay que comer y por lo tanto, remunerados van a estar. Pero todo eso que das, tu tiempo, tu comprensión, complicidad, silencio y el buen trato al paciente, es lo que hará de ti una persona que después, a pie de calle, se pueda confiar en toda la amplitud de la palabra.

Este tipo de trabajo te cambia. Una vez, una jefa de ese trabajo me dijo: "Aquí está tirado hacer lo que se hace, esto es sota, caballo y rey." Si por referirse a que el protocolo es el mismo de siempre, claro, por supuesto, como en cualquier lado. Pero no era sota, caballo y rey.

Cada día que llegaba al edificio, antes de entrar, realmente rezaba porque las cosas salieran lo mejor posible en el día, porque sabía que si salían mal, iba a ser el doble de estresante.

A mí no me iba mal, es más, tenía bastante suerte.

Pero cuando trabajas con personas, junto a un gran equipo, donde está claro que no todo van a ser apoyos y lindas palabras hacia tu persona o tu forma de trabajar, sabes que en un segundo puede cambiar tu día en 180º y de repente, ya no encuentres la suerte ni tras las puertas del aseo.

Así que... volviendo a empezar, Digamos que para que te vaya bien... Debes estar PRE-DISPUESTO A QUE TE IRÁ GENIAL. Y SI NO, TIRA DE LA CADENA. ;)
